Just 92 km and 2.25 hours from Mumbai, at the foothills of the Bhimashankar range, KSAR Farm has been under single ownership for more than three decades — a quiet, working farm that has slowly grown into a home for families, friends, and celebrations.
Our Mission
We built KSAR Farm on a simple belief: people need a place to put the world down, if only for a few days.
Modern life moves fast, and it rarely gives us room to breathe, to notice, to simply be. Our mission is to offer that room — a space shaped entirely by nature, where the pull of screens, deadlines, and city noise fades into the background, and what's left is the mountains, the trees, and the quiet.
When you walk our land, we want you to lose track of the material world for a while, and find yourself fully present in the nature that surrounds you — the kind of stillness that only creation itself can offer.
The Land
KSAR Farm sits on 2.5 private acres within a fully gated, 29-acre agricultural community, fenced and secured for total privacy. The farmhouse itself — a furnished villa and cottage — has 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 halls, and 2 kitchens, along with a terrace, veranda, portico, and a private 3,00,000-litre swimming pool with a separate kids' pool.
Alongside the villa is our own working agricultural farm — organically grown, fully fenced, and self-sufficient with two borewells, solar power, and a 24,000-litre underground water tank. Here, guests can walk among 800+ trees, including 475 teak, 100 mango, 100 cashew, along with jackfruit, banana, papaya, and more, all grown without chemicals.
